Welcome to THE RESTAURATEUR!

For 9 years now, I’ve been working full time in developing, marketing, and operating 7 restaurants. 5 of which I am a part-owner of. In the restaurant industry, 9 years go by so fast. But if you open your eyes wide enough and take the time to see what’s going on, those 9 years will give you insights that you may never hear professors talk about in business school – and they’re pretty useful too!

I’ve been through a plethora of ups-and-downs – from moments when I thought we had it to moments that we thought we’ve lost it all. But that’s what’s great about the experience – I WENT THROUGH ALL OF IT.

Lately I’ve been contemplating on putting into writing all the insights and principles that I’ve come across with in my 9 years as a restaurateur. And now i’m starting this blog site to store all those information and have those ideas accessible to you.

I hope you enjoy reading through my writings and that they show you some of the ways you can face the ever so growing challenges of a owning and running a RESTAURANT.
